Pros
ClearCapital has energetic and focused Leaders. Duane and Kevin have an amazing vision and are truly focused on leading their company into the future. Pay (for me) was really good. I was overwhelmed at the bay area rates this close to Reno. I've seen a good number of people get promotions and drive their own career paths within the company.
Cons
Technology VPs have no idea whats going. Direction and Vision in the technology group is not shared with staff. The tech group is very fragmented and often pitted against each other. Benefits, I've read other posts about Benefits at ClearCapital; Honestly they are a joke. - Obama-Care offers the similar medical coverages, for about the same rates. - Merit review/increases for a *top* employee were garbage (less than 3%) - Vacation days barely exist. - No profit sharing. - After working until 8am-3am, they expect you on site at 8am to start the day.
