Pros
The people that surround you every day are amazing. Working here, you will make new friends and have some fun times at work. If you have some basic computer skills, there is the potential to develop them exponentially. In general, the front line "team leads" and "managers" are down to Earth people who genuinely go out of their way to help you.
Cons
Work, work, overtime, work, overtime, work, faster, faster, no mistakes, faster, overtime, mandatory overtime, no mistakes, faster, overtime.... Even when you come in to work ready to break your best records, you feel like you never do enough. When you start out the day with a smile on your face, you go home feeling taken advantage of and exhausted. The burn out rate is fast and the initial excitement of being somewhere exciting turns disappointing pretty quickly when you see the people around you pour themselves into their work, just to find out they didn't work fast enough according to "efficiency goals".
