Pros
Clear Capital is a nugget in the Sierras.With their three locations of Truckee, Roseville and Reno, Clear Capital is a serious contender for technology folks looking for a different way of life. Clear Capital has great people, product and processes. I can't stress enough, the quality of people at the company. The SAAS offering has great opportunities ahead of it, allowing Clear Capital to disrupt the appraisal industry and a technology stack rivaling any Silicon Valley company.
Cons
It was my first experience with an open office environment, it was a challenge at first, but as I settled in, the benefits of collaboration showed itself.
