Pros
Great people to work with and a general culture of innovation and customer service. They take regulation seriously, which is a welcoming in the real-estate business. Good benefits.
Cons
Not much incentive for performance, little opportunity for career advancement and not very competitive (low pay). Hiring standards seem low; no prior real-estate business needed and ability to pass a typing test / background check about the only defining threshold.
