Worst Leadership with no vision! - Quality Assurance Clear Capital Employee Review

Everything Low pay with many hours Leadership has no vision for the company and they don’t pretend everything is great. They told their employees many times they have plans for the future and then next day half the company is laid off out of nowhere. The CEO only cares about himself They don’t empower their employees to allow for ideas or to speak up about things. The QA department is a joke. Their idea is of your not sure just send a clarification and let the appraiser deal with it. If you’re an appraiser, I would NOT work with this company. They only care about the lenders and not the appraiser.
