Because of the size of the building working here feels like you are in a family setting and our CEO is one of the most thoughtful people you will meet in your life

Because of the building being so small it can feel clickish and that can become very uncomfortable at times

Staff is often rewarded with drink bars, lunch, and treats.

Cons

The nurse to patient ratio is at times too much. Things as this happen when another staff calls in placing heavy work load on other nurses and on call manager does not come in to help or find a solution. The pay is terrible and not a fair pay amongst nurses as there is a lot of favoritism.
