The work is rewarding, the problems are real, and the solutions are exciting. People are given the opportunity to earn success and advancement. Information is freely shared and a real sense of teamwork is achieved. The people are talented, ambitious, smart, hard working, and willing to share information and knowledge. There is a great culture of competitiveness without division or ego.
Cons
Although my personal experience has not proved this out, the company has a reputation for not being in the top tier as far as pay and benefits are concerned. To address this management has offered a new benefits package which can be described as superior. The hope of many is that they will also adjust the compensation levels to become an industry and area leader.
