I've never worked for a company who has made me feel more valued. To me this is extremely important if not key to a long term career. It’s exciting to have the opportunity to work for a company that is turning heads, a company that offers that ideal work –life balance( in Boise, Idaho); and even more… a company that invests significantly in their employee’s success. There have been some comments made about our company that I would like to address, specifically about an elusive "inner circle". Yes, the founders of our company are members of a religious entity. Does this affect advancement or hiring in any way? No. In a company of over 250 employees, diversity has flourished. If this circle did exist, I definitely would not be included. However, from day one I have received nothing but encouragement and advancement in my career. Promotions are 100% merit based. Secondly, the interview process is intense. It is done so with the purpose of weeding out those who may not be right for the position. Clearwater culture is huge in my department and everyone has a hand in the hiring process. We believe that by doing so we are building upon our team dynamic in a positive way. At times it can be a tough, tiring job and it takes a very specific type of person to succeed. I know the degree of time and energy invested in the people we have here, and the benefits of preparing potential employees for a fun yet challenging adventure. Let me end by saying that an up-and-coming company like Clearwater Analytics starts out with an amazing product, which great employees will flock to, and the best will shine. I’m hoping to continue my career here for years to come.

I can not think of anything negative about working at Clearwater. My experience has been nothing but positive.
