Cons
This place is an absolute joke! There are managers making 6 figures with no degree of any sort in anything other than a HD diploma. How insane, at any other company these positions would be filled by engineers with years of experience not regects from quad graphics and other sites. Management hide in their offices while the floor breaks their backs trying to operate ran down and unsafe equipment with no training program whatsoever. The good employees that give their all and work OT get abused and ran into the ground to the point where they hate their jobs. Good employees are punished over he said she said antics meanwhile others that could care less get free rain to not know how to do their job, work slow and unsafe and not produce day in and day out. These people are scared to death of a lawsuit over the crooked things they have done to employees. People will stab you in the back here. They will call you friend to your face and then start rumours and run to the HR office like we are in preschool. This site is just shady alltogether. These job squatters know that their jobs are on the line and they will throw anyone under the bus to keep these jobs they wouldn't have a prayer at getting in any other company. They don't care they will try to call you in at all times of the night and day, if your on vacation, it doesn't matter. I have never seen such an unorganized, kindergarten ran company in my entire life. This company's stigma is well known in the OKC area and is the butt of many jokes in OKC by several places that I have come across. Now that is sad.
