Good pay, crappy management! - Anonymous employee Clearwater Paper Employee Review

Hours are crazy! 12 hour rotating shifts. Machines are crap, and management at this facility suck! Most of them are rude, unfriendly and don't seem to care about anything other than receiving their paychecks, their Mon.-Fri. schedule and acting like they are better than the people that work their butts off to try and make the crap equipment work. And you have people (supposedly TRAINERS) that run around acting like they are bosses, and are rude also. I'm not surprised 1 bit that the OKC plant is closing down....just surprised it took this long.
