      Pros

      New clean facility and seem that show signs of wanting to grow with the announcement of a new machine.

      Cons

      Management is insincere, fake and creepy. Don't seem to have a plan. Everything looks like it happens by the seat of the pants. Hire people because they have a degree, not because they are competent.
