Pros
Pay is about average for the same work around the area. Lots of opportunities for overtime. Great coworkers.
Cons
They work you like a slave in converting. Even when they say that they put employees first. It's a lie. It's all about numbers. Management likes to run the machines until it breaks. Never wants to fix the problems before it creates a bigger one. Got to get them numbers in.
