Pros
Clearwater Paper's starting wages are amazing. After a 3 month probation period upon employment, you receive a tremendous benefits package as well.
Cons
The Lewiston plant is a Union plant, therefore, it is seniority based in the production level positions. One doesn't move up in jobs until someone more senior to them leaves. This creates extreme laziness at the upper positions in production.
