Always more to be done. Moves quickly but not a bad thing.

Pros

Remote work. Helpful and knowledgeable coworkers. Work/Life balance, decent PTO and no issues using it. Its encouraged as it doesnt roll over. Annual Bonuses for all employees. Decent Health benefits. Basic 401k Majority of customers are very polite and actually love the service.

Cons

No advancement opportunities. Pay is bad. Raises are low.
