Pros
The clinic offers great benefits,medical, dental, vision,tuition reimbursement, generous amount of time off, and offers employees many resources (free gym, curves, weight watchers, smoking cessation programs, etc) to maintain a healthy lifestyle and minimize down time.
Cons
Management ideology seems outdated, while new techniques that allow employees to take ownership and feel engaged are being adopted, some of the old still seems to filter through with older managers that are set in their ways. Hopefully this will change with older managers retiring and new managers with fresh perspectives fill those roles. It is also very nice that the clinic offers tuition reimbursement and it does not necessarily have to do with your current position but I have found it very difficult to switch careers even with a new degree because of lack of experience in the new field.
