Pros
Tuition reimbursment 401k plan is with Fidelity Ability to help others and make a difference in people's lives. After you are inevitably laid off, they offer an employment coach to help you indefinitely until you find work. It really works.
Cons
Advice: Narcissism abounds. Treat managers and doctors like gods, and you have a chance at survival. Don't bother with the wellness program. Heaven forbid if you fill one single prescription a few days late, you will be "out of compliance" and will fail to qualify for a lower health insurance rate. They dangle a carrot, and work hard to keep people from using it. Take full advantage of the tuition reimbursement!!! Once you hit the ceiling on salary for your position, you will be laid off. They will then "re-organize", change your job title, and hire someone else to do your same job at a much lower rate. If you have family or a significant other, instruct them to call the insurer immediately if you need an ambulance or to be seen at an out of network hospital. Ignore the written agreement. The reality is that they will refuse to pay and then stick you with the entire bill. Yes, even if it is a true emergency. I'm not making this up. The moment it happens, get the doctor to document that it was a true medical emergency and that waiting or traveling to a covered hospital was not medically advised.
