Benefits and training schedule. Your coworkers are amazing.
Cons
The job itself. It’s a stressful job. You get yelled at by patients back to back about how expensive the hospital is all the fees we charge. The billing doesn’t make sense to petients and that’s your fault to. I have worked in customer service before but I’ve never dealt with such rude people in my life. No option to receive an hour lunch. Wireless headsets die throughout shift. Bathrooms are often terrible. Kept up to the best of their ability but I prefer to hold it when I can which is hard to do on a full day of work. Expensive cafeteria for employees. Overall good company to work for I would just avoid customer service by all means.
