Great co-workers. Compared to my experiences at other schools, the students here are engaged and want to learn.

I worked there as an adjunct instructor. Adjuncts don't receive benefits and due to NC politics there is little to no room for advancement. This isn't CCC's fault, but the college does suffer because of the NC policies.
