      Working climate is good. Employer take care about their workers very properly. It is good to work with the college which improves your skills like communication, positive attitude.

      I did not see any downsides working with Cleveland State University.

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
