      The faculty is collegial and supportive. The students come primarily from working class backgrounds in northeast Ohio.

      Cons

      The University is only fifty years old and is in the early stages of its development. Funding at the department level is tight.

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
