Pros
There are some really great, dedicated employees. Opportunities to use tuition assistance for faculty and staff for both credit courses as well as continuing education are excellent.
Cons
Anyone with an entrpreneurial spirit, and great ideas will find themselves drowning in bureacracy and mediocrity. The institution is so slow to change. All too often people who are underqualified, under motivated, and not working very hard are in positions of power, blocking the ideas and forward progress of more capable people below them.
