Tuition benefit, nice people, slow pace, location
Cons
Politics - current preseident appoints people to jobs without going through the usual process while H.R. and legal advisors insist that everyone else go through the process. Decisions are often made based on politics and personalities. Funds are somehow available for pet projects and not available for things that need to be done to change the culture of the organization. Career development is not done by managers. While slow pace is nice for stress levels, it isn't great when you actually want to get things done. Too much hurry up and wait attitude.
