Pros
Flexibility - I was a student and they worked with my schedule to help accommodate for things such as classes, meetings, and appointments. Laid back environment that provides the necessary tools to help students gain hands on experience.
Cons
Since I was employed solely as a student worker, as with most student jobs, there was not any room for any bonuses, benefits, nor a pay increase during the years I worked there.
