      If you know how to play the political game you are good. Great benefits. Great student focus.

      Cons

      If your manager doesn't like the way you look, dress, or generally anything about you then you are screwed. HR protects incompetent upper management when they know they are determent to the organization. Too many good people are leaving.

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
