      Pros

      Free schooling. (Getting to go to college for free should be a "pro" in ANYONE'S book) Great coworkers. Getting Christmas through New Years off (paid......usually).

      Cons

      Micro Management. (in my department....but I can't speak for other departments) Supervisor has no clue on how to "truly" supervise. Overtime paid in "comp-time". (unless you work graduation that comes twice a year)

      Pros

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      Cons

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
