      Benefits are great. Literally everything else depends on what department you're in. New administration (Laura Bloomberg) is wonderful, so things are starting to look up.

      Cons

      Remote work "protocols" rather than policy. Unevenly offered and can be taken away at any time.

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
