      Pros

      This is a great place to work. People are very cautious of hours because they know we have homework still.

      Cons

      The only cons are how payroll works and they take out benefits through the state, which I didn't want them to.

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      Cons

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
