      The University has the best work environment for students. The support from the professors and department is very good. The work load is very much dependent on the professor.

      Cons

      Most of the time you have to be present in the university. Not all students treat you with equal respect.

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
