      Pros

      Good place depending on the department one works for, instructors or adjuncts get classes depending on availability.

      Cons

      Pay dates for adjuncts are horrible, monthly pay can seriously compromise finances. In some semesters the lag between the start date of the semester and first pay can be 6-7 weeks.

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      Cons

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
