      Pros

      The energetic atmosphere for learning is everywhere. There is synergy on this campus. I leaned so very much. Conversations are well rounded and the work ethic is excellent. I loved working in the Black Studies Program and Howard A. Mims Cultural Arts Center as I earned my Bachelor's degree from the School of Urban Studiers in Nonprofit Administrations.

      Cons

      Red tape and paper work which occurs in most major institutions. Not a complaint, but an observation.

      Pros

      Excellent! Supportive work environment and flexible schedule. I had the opportunity to strengthen my communication and teaching skills while working with faculty and students.

      Cons

      As a student employee, opportunities for advancement can be somewhat limited after graduation.
