5yThank you for your comments. Our products are definitely complex and the demands of the industry we are in are high. Our hyper-focus on customer service is one of the things that makes us a leader in our industry, but at times can cause some pain-points on the back end. I am sorry to hear you did not see opportunities for career growth. Clever Devices prides itself in giving our employees multiple avenues for growth and development.
