The Health Insurance is complicated when they explain it to you as it is private. The work environment is sterile feeling and offices could be updated. There seems to be a growing turnaround of employees, where employees seem to leave the company often. Diversity could help the company wonderfully. Management is sporadic and the learning curve for knowing how to do the job is not great. My manager is very sporadic and doesn't train very well. Also am not allowed to work remotely even though my job could easily work from home. People are nice but everyone stats to themselves, office culture needs some work and more inclusion
