Do cross check their offer letter and terms&conditions, their HR department is a mere puppy to CEO and COO who play smart to trap desparate engineers who are having a gap, by locking selected experienced engineers in a 12month bond without prior intimation at the time of shortlisting or during any interview round. CEO pretends to know all technologies hands-on and tries to belittle the candidate while expressing his skills. COO thought I would fall for their oversmart negotiation techniques like for example their onsite presence and he proudly says "company bears the visa expenses after 12months tenure". What an idiotic COO !! its obvious that company will only bear those expenses. I had taught them a lesson and forced them to take back their unethical, insecure T&C's presented in offer letter. I had the last laugh !!. Ridiculous IT company with least market standards. Offer not accepted. I shared this experience in social networking, groups and forums for other engineers to be cautious about this 3rd grade company.
