Clinc is an expanding company with plenty of career and personal growth opportunities for those who embrace it. The people there are passionate and have high expectations of those around them, which creates a thriving environment for growth-oriented people. They have a compelling product and technology that is getting lots of market traction.
Cons
It's a startup on the rise, so team structure changes and role evolution happen. Some people feel it is a somewhat harsh environment because open debate and constructive criticism happen. I don't feel that these are cons, but if you are looking for a comfortable position where you can go into the office every day and do the same thing you did yesterday, Clinc is probably not the place for you.
