Pros
People were great, not the higher management but the day to day fellow individual contributors. They are smart, friendly and willing to help. The technology was also exciting.
Cons
Overall environment wasn’t great. Every year you are worried if you are gonna make the cut. The leadership lacks of a general strategy and vision. Work gets wasted or is never put into use. I also didn’t have a good manager who would look out or advocate for me.
