Pay is ok, remote, biweekly stipend for opting out of health insurance, off on major holidays
Cons
First of the training is horrible. You’re rushed through training to hurry and handle the high call volume. Supervisors have attitudes and can’t even answer basic questions. Everything is micromanaged. There’s no breathing room in between calls.
