Pros

Great team members Family environment

Cons

Tough place to work a lot of technical debit and unrealistic deadlines. CIO talks over people a-lot and doesn’t pay attention in meetings….A ton of meetings going over the same points over and over again……Lacking leadership and vision at the top of IT.

Pros

Free fruit every day and free ice cream in the summers.

Cons

Some teams are hard to join. Many people have been there decades so they do not explain things well to new people and communication is unclear. Procedures are purposefully documented poorly so they can't be required to follow them during inspections. This means reference material is unavailable. The rudest supervisor I've ever met worked here and was well thought of.

Thank you for taking time to share feedback on your time with CRL. Our goal is for communication to be effective not only on an organizational level but within each department as well. We also strive for all employees, whether new or existing, to feel included and supported. We also take quality and regulatory compliance very seriously not only in our practices but in our documented procedures. Thank you again for sharing your perspective on those items, so we can ensure all employees have a positive experience.
