Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate both the positive comments on our team and those where you feel we could improve. As a senior manager, I would be happy to speak with you about these concerns directly and hopefully I will be able to resolve the majority, but I also wanted to provide some feedback below. We are proud to recognise our teams are a key foundation to our success, and have recently picked up a variety of elements of feedback in our employee surveys which we would like to improve on.
