Thank you for your feedback, we appreciate both the positive comments and those where you feel we could improve. We are delighted to hear of your comments on the teams, but sorry to hear of your recent experiences views of management. As a senior manager, I would be happy to speak with you about these concerns directly and hopefully I will be able to resolve the majority, but I also wanted to provide some feedback below. We have also recently picked up a variety of elements of feedback in our employee surveys, both positive and negative. Therefore, we are currently reviewing all types of improvements we can make to support our teams across the business, and we are investing in range of initiatives. Please rest assured that we are committed to creating and promoting a positive work environment, encouraging productive and respectful workplace relationships, and improving management practices and effective communications so that everyone is treated fairly and with respect.
