Fast growth through acquisition, but lots of leavers. Off-shoring roles instead of replacing roles in local teams. Meetings now run into evenings with USA. Company making money and acquisitions but no bonus or profit sharing. Keep hiring management, but reluctant to expand core teams, not enough staff to work on products to meet deadlines. Moving products to USA and India, with high pressure. Company culture is none-existent, no events, no life in office. Forcing development teams back to office to be present.
