Pros
Loved the Springboard process in its entirety. Not so much company politics witnessed, everyone is pretty much just doing their job.
Cons
Multiple laptop and tech issues right from get go which make starting actual work after Springboard (orientation) difficult. Pay could be better if they matched market value. For all the work staff does, we should be paid better. Some teams do not do their job, lagging the entire group.
