Pros
The shift you work for is strict with the time, you won't have to work extra hours. The work environment is good and will provide you with all the necessary tools and recourses needed to do your job. They do follow a hybrid model, but aren't that strict about it.
Cons
The salary increment is very bad and has reduced in the year 2023. Also if you yearly performance rating is less that 3, you won't get an increment.
