Pros

I came here to write this review because I just had an insanely positive experience with senior management. There was some miscommunication on a reorg in my division that caused confusion and the potential to change the nature of my role. When I spoke up, not only did the team apologize and thank me for sharing my feedback -- they immediately fixed the situation and made organizational adjustments so that the work in my org made more sense. Literally within one day. I've never seen an organization have so much integrity living their values (open to feedback, continuous improvement, flat org structure, everyone has a voice, values employees, etc). Suffice to say I am one happy camper. Its insane how motivating it is to know the team has your back. Thank you CBH!

Cons

Under the hood, there's a lot going on here and it could feel disorganized to a newcomer. The org highly values people experimenting to make things better and giving them the autonomy to do so. So the former is an unfortunate symptom, but its not too bad. You get used to it and its a small price to pay for how agile, flexible and fast we are. That said, if you crave absolute clarity and organization, this might not be the fit for you.

Pros

Unlimited paid time off is one of the company's strongest benefits

Cons

- There was a lack of transparency, consistent feedback, and fair recognition of employees' contributions. On several occasions, I felt that ideas and work produced by team members were presented to senior leadership without proper acknowledgment. - Performance management felt inconsistent. You will not receive actionable guidance that would have allowed me to improve before major decisions were made. This created an environment where success felt difficult to achieve. - HR appeared to prioritize management's perspective, and I felt there was a balanced opportunity for employees to fully share their side before decisions were made. A more transparent and impartial process would help build trust across the organization.
