Pros
To pick up your shifts are very easy just click on the day on what shift you want day eve or noc. They have your back, I know this by experience, I worked the shift I signed for, accepted the floor as is took the picture of my shift which is beautiful, your not waiting for the charge to sign, just snap the picture of the assignment sheet, send it to them, get paid that following Monday. Back to how I know they have your back I worked the entire shift sent in the picture. I called Clipboard Healthcare& explained my problem and if it wasn't resolved, I would not take the floor under those conditions Clipboard Healthcare called the facility& explained my problem to them, by my next shift there the problem was reolved.
Cons
I have to leave my home by 7:00pm, to get there by bus at 10:00pm. My choice to travel that far& early, but currently that is their only contract in Ohio.
