Met some amazing people there, but none of them work there anymore because the owner got rid of them all. Was great before the old owners left.
Cons
The owner is the most unethical person I have ever encountered. I am not exaggerating. He is verbally abusive, is known to withhold commissions, and has verbally abused staff on multiple occasions. He is prone to angry outbursts where he will yell and throw things. He constantly talks about how he is this close to closing, and even going so far as to actually say he is closing the doors only to say it's business as usual the next day. He has turned over the ENTIRE hourly and salary staff since he got there a little over a year ago. Again. Not an exaggeration. Only a few original commission based designers remain. He has repeatedly terminated people's employment without just cause. He has spread rumors about previous employees, including the former owners, blaming them for the failings of his business. He has tried to block people from unemployment, and flat out lied to the state revenue department to avoid paying backdue commission. He has tarnished the reputation of a well known and well liked business in the community, and it is honestly heartbreaking to see.
