Low Pay; more than 40% is taken from employee Documentation is not done in a timely manner; highly inaccurate and poorly executed Worst Management Staff who ignores employees calls Lack of communication and ethics please stay away from these type of consultancies, as they are manipulative in nature, and take more than 30% of pay; promising a hike in salary , however they never take it seriously. They also charge for H1b filing, and according to USCIS, they should do it for free. Better to look elsewhere, the lawyers there are incompetent, please look elsewhere.
