- Lot of politics in the management and retention of employees in the company is not based on the work/skill - Think twice before joining if you belong to a minority as harassment is common and diversity efforts are nothing more than an eyewash - If you are not into the habit of social drinking, you might feel hostile [the name of the weekly meeting in the company was called `beer meeting'] - CEO / COO and a handful of people in engineering management are total sadist/narcissistic predators. Employees who are vocal about this are usually moved to different office locations in the name of re-org and many good / skilled employees left the company - Also, I intuitively felt some religious means of control in the company but I don't want to talk further about it
