Pros

Club Automation has an awesome culture and the team-leads truly want to see everyone succeed. I have not been around long and already feel as though I am apart of something that is bigger than myself and that is striving to make the world a better place!

Cons

In certain roles, there is not extensive training, for some this may be problematic if you are not a "learn by doing" type of individual.
