Pros
Great staff and working environment. As a line cook, you learn several skills including how to cook while learning how to speak a new language. There are always shifts available and the management is pretty flexible.
Cons
The shifts at times can be long and sometimes management doesn't properly inform the staff on everything they need to know in order for them to completely the days tasks. This is especially difficult since the menu changes quite often.
