Pros
On a corporate level the training you receive is very thorough. Travel to the headquarters in Georgetown for up to 4 days to learn the company standard is mandatory before starting in your respective location. You are paid in cash daily and your earn potential is mostly a direct reflection of your level of service. There are exceptions for guest that do not appreciate quality service, but bad tips are usually balanced with great tips. Overall great atmosphere.
Cons
The percentage you tip-out each shift is anywhere from 30% to 40% of your tips (10%-20% to bussers at your discretion, and 20% to food runners always). This is by far my biggest gripe.
